Maximum memory and processor support for sql server 2000 and 2005

Hi,
I am trying to search a document that would let me know the maximum
processor and memory for SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005 for the
following Opearating Systems -
Windows 2000 Server
Windows 2000 Advanced Server
Windows 2003 Standard Server
Windows 2003 Enterprise Server
Windows 2003 DataCenter Server
Windows 2003 Web Server
