Can any one guide me on how to obtain the MCTS in
MCTS: SQL Server 2005 Business Intelligence
MCTS: SQL Server 2005 Certification Requirements
What are the prequiste exams for both(Is any exam in common)
What are the Exams to be taken.
What are the course numbers and course materials to go through.

have MCTS in BI to gain MCITP:BI.

Can anyone recomend a good book for the 70-228 exam.
I have a pretty decent sql2k admin book, i just need someting to guide me
through the exam prep.
Im a big fan of the Sybex Study Guides.

MaxInsertCommitSize - SQL Server Destination

Installing SP1 for SQL Server 2005 should get this property ? I am not able to get the same even after installing SP1

Can Anybody guide me here ?

Using a SQL Server destination does not perform any error checking. It assumes that the data types are correct, keys will not be violated, etc... If you want to be able to redirect rows that fail on insert for one reason or another, use the OLE DB Destination instead. SQL Server destinations are designed to be super fast at the cost of data validation.
